i try to upload my pdf to generate study plan by unsuccessful

my tutoral AI history was empty . it's happened all the times

first it didn't upload the documents, now: takes ages to generate the full studyplan and doesn't even generate it in the language I selected...

When I try to create a studyplan (any kind) and upload a document... I can't and get an 'Upload error' pop up

My doc chat wont load any of my documents when I upload them even though I'm on premium it hasn't worked in the last few days. what should I do?

Getting an error message failed to fetch. audio recording are less then 20min

is this created by an AI ? a lot of typo errrors :-D
